Is there something besides self assist debarkation for people with return flights before noon?

Yes there is. The ship will have a priority debarkation for those with early flights. This is usually the first group of passengers to leave the ship. You may have to show proof of your early flight.

That is easy enough to provide. Will I still have to carry all my bags out?

No, you don't have to carry your baggage. It will be picked up on the last night and waiting for you in the customs terminal.
