I will say that Carnival did a great job of giving us our fuel charge back! We had paid in full before they started not charging for fuel. I called carnival and one of their first options on their automated service was stating that if you had already paid that they were in the process of refunding you the fuel charges! I thought it was very nice of them, because I know that with some things (not cruises inparticular) that if you have already paid then you are screwed!!! So hats off to Carnival!!!
