Military Discount - Question

My wife booked us on a Military Discount for Destiny, Jan 27, 2008. I need to submit proof of retirement and Photo ID. 2 questions for whoever might have done this before.

1. Is my DD214 form the right document?

B. Do you know the fax numbers, it is blured on the TIF file I recieved?

These doc have to arrive in 72 hr (by 9/6/07) or I lose the discount. And it's a good one.

Your last DD-214 is what you need to submit. I don't have the fax number, but one of our agent members will hopefully have the number.

This is the fax number for General reservations. I would put your Name/booking #/date of sailing/ship name on the top of the fax. Fax(305)-406-4855
