Can you also order the "Special Gifts" (flowers, cakes, chocolates, etc) listed on Carnival's website after you get onboard or they only take orders online before the cruise?

From their website.....All orders are accepted up to and no later than one week prior to sailing date.

I believe that once on board, you can order any of the gift items thru the pursers desk.

On the Triumph, they have what is called the
Formalities shop. It is where you rent the tuxedos and formal things. You can order things while on the ship as well as online before you go. You can also buy gifts from them. Flowers/ candy, toys, etc. are available. One of our table mates ordered a small birthday cake a few days into the cruise.
