Halloween Cruise?

Can anyone who has done a cruise over Halloween tell me anything about those cruises? Do the ship's crew dress up? Do they have a Halloween party for guests? Is it overboard (Pardon the pun.)

Hi Chris,
I have been on a couple cruises at Halloween. Yes, the crew dresses up. The passengers were dressed maybe not quite 50/50.
