Depends what you mean by everything. All your meals are included if you eat in the dining room and buffet areas, and room service. The new ships have special reservation only restaurants, that if you choose to eat there, have a surcharge. Also a lot of ships are getting special patisseries which charge for the specialty coffees and some desserts. You will pay for your own alcohol drinks and soda. If you drink alot of soda you can get a soda card for one price for the whole cruise. You will pay for things of personnal nature, like spa treatments, photographs, bingo, casino, and shore excursions.
