cocktail party as gift

we have received a gift of 1 hour cocktail party on the last evening of cruise at sea.

Of our group of 23 only 8 people would have any type alcohol drink. Is there any suggestion as to possibility of changing to something that would better accommodate the group as a whole or can we request this to the person in charge of the event.
