Nici, In your agent's defense, I have litterally hundreds of such emails that have gone out and I'm copied on each. I am getting the emails in waves from the cruiselines. We all got the notification up front that the change was happening but the individual client emails come in groups, by cruiseline. I got Princess and Holland America notices first. It took a couple of full days on the phone just to do those. Then I got Carnival and Costa two weeks ago tomorrow. Then RCCL and NCL started sending me notices as well. I am still not finished calling clients about the notifications. Admittedly, I'm way behind, I had a medical emergency that popped up in the the process and just got back to work yesterday after over a week of being confined to the hospital and then Dr. ordered bed rest. I still have hundreds of clients awaiting notification.
Please don't be too hard on your agent over this issue, they didn't have anything to do with the mess it's created and most are trying very hard to maintain their normal workload of answering client voice and emails along with these notifications on top of their other full time duties.
