I just called for the 5th time. It took the rep only 3 minutes to make things right. No one before had asked me if we could get a military discount. I am only paying $30 more. I am dissapointed in the fact that it took 5 attempts, but thank goodness for nice people.

Yeah...I agree Raoul...then again, it doesn't take a MBA or medical degree to work a call center
