Worried about the hurricane "Katrina"

Well... my husband and I are suppose to go on our first cruise to the bahamas 9/4/05 and I am getting very concerned and of course, I didn't purchase travel protection either. I sure hope this doesn't ruin our vacation. Anyone else cruising at this time?

I hope you have great weather and a fantastic time. My wife threatened me for 18 years to take a cruise. Went on the Sov. of the Seas April 04 loved it soo much went Celebration 12/04 and then Inspiration 04/05 am definately hooked. Your comfort and safety of both you and the vessel are their primary concerns. Email if you have any specific questions

My daughter and I will be on a cruise Sept 8 (Imagination to Key West and Cozumel). Hopefully, we will not have to stress over weather. At least "Katrina" will be a thing of the past by then.

I had to pull my husband's let to take this cruise. He wasn't too thrilled about being on a boat for five days. I sure hope the weather cooperates with us atleast part of the time!

Jeff- Where did your cruises sail to? Have you been to the bahamas?

Nancy- I would love our next cruise to be to Cozumel. I heard it is absolutely georgous. My husband and I honeymooned in Puerto Aventures at the Aventura Palace and could see the island of Cozumel from our balcony. I sure hope you have fun!
