Dave, That's pretty cool. My honey and I are taking the Spirit on an eight day cruise in March to Acapulco and Zuatenejo (not sure of the spelling) Have never been to Mexican Riviera. We debated on whether to cruise Carnival or RCI on the Mariner, but Carnival had the best price.

I like the idea of the two day port stop. I'd like to see the cruise lines expand on the idea in other places.

You need to contact whomever you booked the cruise; your 8 day cruise is affected by the new 5/9 night schedule.

Yes, our cruise was affected. It is now a 9 day cruise instead of an 8 day cruise and we are going to Puerto Vallarta(spelling?) instead of Acapulco. Carnival sent us an email. We could either get our money back, book a different ship or book the same ship on an 8 or 9 day cruise at the current price and keep our same cabin. Now we leave March llth instead of March 3rd. I can live with a 9 day cruise for the price of an 8 day cruise. RickyB
