I know this may seem like a dumb question but I need to ask I am confused. We have already done the prepaid gratuities. So when we get the sign and sail card are they still going to charge us the gratuities again? Once I board and get our sign and sail card do I need to tell them not to charge us the gratuities?

If you have pre-paid gratuities then they won't add them, double check at the pursers desk but they should be aware that you have already paid. there are gratuities still added when any alcoholic drinks are purchased, 15% per time.
