Was on the Holiday in April 04. Took the ship's tour to Tulum (ruins) and Xel-ha (beach). Was a great day. Bus trip to Tulum first, with a stop at a large Jewelry market. Toured the ruins.Next bused to the Xel-ha beach to snorkel. They also have a dolphin encounter there......This is a large lagoon off the ocean that is quite developed.....resturants, gear rental, bars, nice chairs around the lagoon......Think the price on the ship was $89. Believe you could hire a taxi for less, especially if you have more than one person. Enjoyed this tour.
