I doubt it Penny. I have been able to see my cruise history on the Carnival site for years.
I also doubt that they get a different website. I suspect its a browser setting. What browser are you 2 using? Maybe its a security setting too. SOMETHING is not letting them log in or even see the log in screen

Perhaps this is one of the many "improvements" that VISTA brings to us. I have Vista at home but always log in at work, i'll see if I can find my profile and cruise history from my Vista site. For ref I have Explorer 8 at work, with XP Professinal. Vista and Explorer07 at home. Stand by may not get to it til Monday. I'm a vet too, to get my discount I always use the phone but my history shows up OK on the web
I am not trying to insult anyone's intelligence with this, but let's see if everyone is on the same page with this.
When I go to Carnival.com it has the following at the top:
"Hey there, David / Guest #:xxxxxxxx / Login / Not David / My Profile / 1.888.CARNIVAL"
Login, Not David, and My Profile are hot links.
When I select My Profile I get a screen with a large area to create a user account with a smaller login area on the right side for existing accounts. I log in and it brings up the previously described screen with the options on the left side, which include cruise history.
Using a Mac I just accessed the Carnival page using three browsers (Camino, Firefox, and Safari). All three worked fine and gave me the same screens.
Would it be possible to create new profiles using a different e-mail address and password? My thought being the existing profiles are somehow damaged in the Carnival servers.
I get that same page with XL Pro and with Vista. Was able to get my account on both.
I think Dave may be right, creat a new account and see if that does it
