I went on my profile as you said to find my # of cruises with Carnival and had no luck. I want to check and see how many I have before my platinum membership. I think I now have 9 and if so that will determine my next cruise. Thanks for the help.

Did you look under:

Profile

log in

and then on the left hand side you will see:

Past Guest Specials
Past Guest Services
View Cruise History
Currents Magazine
Submit Testimonial

SELECT View Cruise History

This will show all of your cruises.

If there are any cruises not listed....there is a link AT THE BOTTOM that says

ADD/UPDATE cruise history

When you add/update....they will contact you for "proof" to be faxed to them.

Carnival has a very poor system for tracking cruises. If ANY information is different on future cruise bookings from the information in your original cruise portfolio, then they might not have your cruise credit listed. For instance; when you opened your cruise account if your name was listed as John M. Doe, and then on future cruises you only used John Doe, then John Doe cruises might not be showing up under you past cruise account #. If your address or phone # has changed since your original account, then cruises may not be in your account. (I think it's stupid to track things by your address, people do move!!) You may find they have more than one account open for you. If this is the case then they will have to find your cruises in their system, and if they can't find them, then you will have to provide proof. The Sail & Sign cards are the best proof. Even a copy of the Sail & Sign invoice will work.

I did as suggested but no where on the left of the screnn did I see past cruise history? I know I am missing something, but still I cannot find it.

Not much else to say. I just logged in again and my cruise history is there. Could it be the browser you are using? Hard to diagnose without sitting at your computer or having your Carnival account ID.

After logging in to My Profile I see on the left side:

Hello, David!

Past Guest # XXXXXXXX
Past Guest Specials
Past Guest Services
View Cruise History
Currents Magazine
Submit Testimonial

Manage Profile
Update Personal Information
Manage Travel Companions
Change Password

I just tried to post a screen shot of what Dave is telling you... but it didn't display, so I erased the post. Like Dave said... something is not right with your browser or you are not really logged in...

Hi vietvet, I think I might know what you're not clicking. When you first log in, it takes you to a page with rotating pictures, search engine, and trying to get you to book a cruise. In the upper right hand corner, small print there is, Hey there, yournamehere, Guest #, logout, My profile. The My profile is the link you want to click. Then it links to another page, where you can update your profile, add your past guest number and add your past cruises. Since it's not a pop-up, it should just direct you to the My profile page.

After trying everything suggested I called Carnival. They told me that they have a totally differant screen than I and that I could not access my past cruises from my profile. Anyway I am still 2 short of my platinum card.
