It is our honeymoon trip on the Spirit also. What a perfect time for an upgrade! We have an inside cabin! Here's hoping for an outside upgrade!

We contacted Carnival before booking our cruise. In the e-mail I expressed reservations booking onto the Paradise because I had been on the ship 3 years ago and was afraid I might be bored. (The 1st time was fantastic). They called us at home, assured us that all of the entertainment would be different and gave us a upgrade from level 4 inside, to level 5 outside. Not a major improvement, but for a 5 minute email and 5 minute conversation!

how did you find out you were upgraded? I went through a travel agent and she has yet to say anything even where we are staying. We booked a guarenteed 8A but cannot find anything else out.

I booked directly with Carnival.. T.A.'s usually might know or wont tell you or carnival hasnt told them.

I book directly w/ carnival because if you use a TA they wont speak to you I dont want a middle man I want to do it myself
