IslandCruz, you are correct when it is not the passengers fault they will not charge, but I have run into some Carnival Agents that will argue with you that they want to charge the $50.00. I know I work alot of groups and they have even gone so far as to pull our final rooming list to see if it is their mistake or ours. BUT, if you want new documents issued they will charge, because according to Carnival if they correct it for the Fun Pass, then it will be correct on the manifest,and the fun pass is all you need to board the ship, but if you want the new documents then of course they want to charge.
