Upgrades on larger ships

I understand that all the Conquest and Destiny class ships are to recieve upgrades and a good cleaning. Which ones have already been given these.

I have not heard of this as some kind of special program. All of the ships are usually rotated for wet/dry dock maintenance to my knowledge and always kept clean in between. Where did you hear this news?
