Carnival Glory - 12th August 2006

Me my partner and another couple are doing the western carribean cruise on the Glory.
Can anybody tell me what formal ware is rquired in the dining rooms for men.
Also what are the typical prices of drinks ?

Hey Darren, Regular nights in dining room proper would be..polos and docker type. No jeans. shorts or t-shirts. You may see them but is not the dress code. On formal nights a jacket and tie. Last October on Glory I think beer was 3.25 plus 15% and well drinks were 4.50 plus but am not sure. I am sure you will have a wonderful cruise on Glory, she is a great ship and crew. I know I have posted this before, but try the fish n chips in the upstairs part of the casual dining area. Hope you have a fabulous time on your cruise and ask away with questions..the members on this board are the most knowlegeable, experienced and helpful people you will find.
