I was on the recent cruise from Miami when medical emergencies and a girl overboard created our cruise to be delayed and the Jamiaca port missed. For these delays Carnival thought that a total of $ 40.00/person was fair. Yeah,right. That equals a tip to the massuese. Does anyone know how much Carnival saved,by not paying port fees? I think they are profitting by these misfortunes.
