Can you use them in the dining room? I read that you can't use them for room service..so it made me wonder?

The Fountain Fun Card is valid for use in the main dining rooms.

How much are the soda cards? I am taking two teenagers this spring and will need to get two. No matter how much they are, I am sure it will save me money. Thanks to all who are in the know!!!

Hi Philly, I only know the current prices for 5 and 7 day cruises. They are :

5 Day under 18, $20 + 15% gratuity.
18 and older, $27.50 + 15% gratuity.

7 Day under 18, $28 + 15% gratuity.
18 and older, $38.50 + 15% gratuity.

I see you are getting close to 2 weeks.

I just got off the Carnival Miracle. I had a soda card. It is actually called the Fountain Fun Card. So you can get juice, soda, any soft drink. I bought the card. The price was $5.50 per day plus a 15% gratuity added on.

For me, it was a great purchase. All the soda is the same. It is all from a can. You won't get the can with the card, but they will usualy give you a full can of soda in a tall glass with ice.

I got my mixed 1/2 ginger ale, 1/2 orange juice all the time. People saw me do it and it became a pretty popular concoction, it does taste good. They serve VERY large glasses.

If you expect to drink 3 or more a day, this is a good value. If you do not plan on that much, it might still be a good way to forget about money, don't worry, and to feel comfortable ordering when ever you get thirsty.

We just got back from the Valor. Had absolutely no problem using the Fountain Fun Card. Even the dining room staff made sure the glass was kept full. The only place you can't use it is room service and we brought a few cans from home to carry us over in the room.

As a point, we got our 15 year old the under 18 card when he cruised with us ... he showed it at dinner that night and they brought him his coke in a kiddie cup with a lid and straw - we tease him about it all the time ... poor kid is also 6' tall!
