Gifts?

Has anyone ever purchased any of the gifts that Carnival offers. I was just wondering if they were worth the money and also if they were put in the room when they were scheduled to be there.

I sent the cooler with coke to one sister and the cooler with beer to the other one. I thought the price was reasonable. The cooler is a nice size for a 6 pack and the guys enjoyed wearing the hats in every port. (We cruised Conquest 1/22-29/06.)

I had them delivered at embarkation, and both had them in the room when they boarded.

The agency we booked our cruise thru, sent us a bottle of wine and it was very good, but I think it was a little expensive.

Yes we have gotten the room decorations for the kids, wine for friends, chocolate covered strawberries and all was good and reasonably priced.

where do you arder these gifts that you talk about? I would like to surprise my husband.

Yes, it is quite easy to get the room decorated by going to Carnival's website as Cruise Fanatic said. We have done this a couple times for our young son. He liked it. In fact he still has some of the stuff hanging in his room!
