transfers from Orlando, flight times

Okay, we just got our flight information from our TA. We don't land in Orlando until 2 pm on the day of our cruise. We booked the air/sea package through Carnival. This doesn't seem like it is going to give us enough time to make it to the ship by the 4:30 sailing. Has anyone else been in this situation? We have the transfers through Carnival also. Just worried that we are going to be rushing like crazy!
