Mexico Catalina 4 night June 29 thru july 3rd

is anyone going? Im planning on going wiht a bunch of coworkers from work and were hoping that itll be a great time. Were all around 21 anyone got any advice?

Don't party to late at night cause you will feel really bummed the next day. Have you been on this cruise before? Catalina is beautiful. Mexico depends on what you want to do. If your into party or shopping or?

Well ive been on royal carribean but never carnival i dont know if there is a difference or not. I know that catalina is alright but the snorkoling isnt worth the money and that mexico is only good for cheap shopping but not the tours, they are a waste of money

Your absolutely right. Carnival is a bit more active in party time and the director works hard to pump everyone up is the difference. Mexico isn't so cheap anymore on shopping unless you go to the market. Stores are to high and not as apt to bargin. Catalina is pretty, but once you have seen all the places it isn't exciting anymore. The Casino is neat, but we love history. Last time we were there they didn't have it open until 4:00 pm and that was about the time we had to get back to the ship. I said something to the chamber of commerance there about being open when the ships are in. I don't think they really care. We just go to get away for the weekend or week. Once you seen everything you can relax more is an upside of it. Cruises seem to keep you running here to there.
