Conquest-Tell me about it!

We have now booked our 4th cruise with Carnival. We have cruised on Celebration, Ecstasy, and Elation. We will be cruising on Conquest in February. Tell me about Conquest as opposed to the other 3 we have cruised. What can I expect different on the Conquest?

I went on the Conquest on it's first 4nt Inaugual cruise out of New Orleans in Nov 2002. It is quite a bit larger than the others you have been on. The decor is toned down compared to the others. The theme is artists--Monet, Renior etc. It has some unique features. When I was on it the upper level of the Lido deck restaurant had a small seafood stand at lunch time. Look for it, but that was in 2002. It has a three deck main lounge. I'm not sure where it was located, but they had a nice quiet sitting room that had a fake fireplace. It might be the Club Lounge on the Atlantic deck.
It is a beautiful ship. I have always had good food on all 27 Carnival cruises I have taken. Have a great cruise.

Martha, my husband and I just returned from our 7 day cruise on the Conquest. This was our first cruise, but not our last. The conquest was great. Several friends and family recommended it and it was wonderful. Enjoy your trip.
