I'm planning a cruise in June of 2008 for my church's fellowship/HS grad's [myself being a HS grad]. I was wondering what exactly is the group rate?

We're thinking about the Carnival Imagination on June 16th from Miami.

Any other suggestions? We have cruised before so we want to explore other places [i.e. no Cozumel or western Caribbean].

Are you using a travel agent, or booking directly with Carnival? Either way, a "group" is usually defined as 8 cabins, double occupancy. Click HERE for Carnival's Group Travel page. A TA can also handle this for you. There are also rules regarding the booking of travelers under age 21 that may pertain to your group.

The group rate also depends on the ship, sail date, and type of cabins. As Lisa said, there are rules about age restrictions. The rules are slightly different for groups under 21 years of age though. I would call Carnival's Group Dept. and get the lowdown. This may be a major consideration with your planning. Good Luck!
