Thank you, this being a first cruise we are trying to ingore the chance of bad weather.

We are going on this cruise, also - myself and 29 other family members. We'll be the noisy ones...

Wow 29 people there will be only 4 of us, I am sure you will have a great time!

I'm sure we will - we always have a good time whenever we get together.

For my immediate family (DH and 2 DSs) this will be our first "big" cruise. DH and I did a barge cruise in France with 6 members of his family in 2004. "Barge" does not describe the luxury of that vessel. 8 passengers and 4 crew who catered to our every whim. It was glorious!

I'm sure that was nothing like what this cruise will be, but having done that we don't feel like total novices. Our cabin on that boat was probably 7' X 15', but so well-planned that it didn't feel cramped at all. Floating down the Canal du Midi for 6 days and seeing the sites in the south of France was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

It's good to see there will be at least 66 people on this cruise. I am sooo excited first time.
