Carnival Triumph 11-18 Anyone? - Page 2

Well it looks like several people are going on the Carnival Triumph before long. I wish I was going "back" with you.

I will also say a nice plus, was that you (as far as I know, and on 5 other cruises, I never gad this)will have a robe waiting for you in your room.

Also the shampoo, soaps, etc. that you normally find in the bathroom, I found them to be a larger size.

I don't know if it is in all rooms, (we were on deck 6) but our room, we were able to fit our large luggage into the closets, instead of having to put them in and out under the bed. also we found the drawers held a lot too.

I am so excited for everyone that is going on the Triumph. If it was going to St. Lucia, where I'm planning on going next spring, I would book it again.

Thank you so much for the positive review! Obviously you went on the ship WANTING to have a good time and had one! I am glad to know first hand from a recent cruiser that the Triumph will not be disappointing!

As for having a great time on the Triumph or any ship, I think it has a lot to do with the person themselves. Anyone can nit pick. As I think I said earlier, I had read so many negative things, but I did not let my friend know, as I wanted her to find out for herself. Well we "both" found out that it was a wonderful cruise. Of course there may be a couple things you don't like, but when it all balances out, it was one of the best of my 6 cruises, especially the room we had. We were "upgraded" from a lower room to a room with a window, which I had never had before. The window was enough for me, but there was so much more. I just wish I was cruising on the Triumph again right now.

Hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving! We are off for Miami and the TRIUMPH for a week! Who knows, might even run into "triumph here i come"

Well Thanksgiving is just 2 days away. Please let me know how you found the Triumph. Hopefully as great as we did.

Just returned from a week on the Triumph and all was well..actually the SMOOTHEST cruise I have ever experienced weatherwise! The ship was in great shape and the evening shows were better than any i have experienced. What talent, especially at sea! However, it was disappointing not having a band on lido deck anytime during the cruise. I understand the band was off for the holidays and the replacement simply didn't show up. Thats the only disappointment for the whole week...well..except for the new self-assist program when exiting the ship..but I will work around that next time.

I'm glad to hear that your Triumph cruise went well, except for a couple exceptions, which sometimes happens. We know in LIFE, there are very few times, when everything goes perfect.

Triumph here I come, you said your boyfriend thought two girls on a cruise could be dangerous, well he could be right. It is "FUN", and I'm sure you "know" your limitations.

I paid for my best friend years ago for our first cruie, and we "still" talk about it.
