Steve, your wife was lucky enough to encounter a low pressure salesperson. That's wonderful. I've had several spa services on many ships. Each one was met with HIGH PRESSURED sales after the services were completed.

I know a little bit about this business since I'm in it. The profit is not made on the service. Actually, the ship is losing money on the service portion. The profit is in the selling of the products to the consumer.
