Booked on Imagination for August 10th and have questions

I booked a suprise cruise for our anniversary and have a few questions for anyone that has taken the Imagination four day cruise to Key West and Calica. How far is the port from Duval street in Key West. How long does it take to get to Playa Del Carmen from port? Also, would eight hours be enough time to take the ferry to Cozemel? If we stay in Playa, what are some recommendations for food and activities.
