Seeing that they are identical sister ships, the only physical difference will be the theme of decor. Elation was refurbished in 2003 while Sensation was refurbished in 2006. Pick the best port and itinerary for your needs and go with it. You will have a great time on either ship.

Hello Candy Girl,
if you are referring to your question about travel insurance. don't fret; I see it was just posted yesterday morning--sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer. I'm sure we don't all read all the posts every day--I know I don't.
And certain members are more qualified in some areas than others. Rather than just give you any answer we defer to those we know are more knowledgeable in a particular area.
So be patient; help is on the way!

We cruised on the Sensation when she was still out of NOLA, and had a total blast. I'm pretty sure the Elation is heading for the West Coast soon. I got an e-mail regarding a Panama Canal transit cruise (bad timing or I'd be all over it). Just something to consider if you are trying to collect all those pins...
