Just returned from a family cruise and had a wonderful time. There are good things and some bad things but mostly great. Our dining staff was wonderful, friendly and we asked for them each night. Ask for Ben. The food was not for me. Not much of a variety as my last cruise. You get sick of hamburgers and hotdogs. I actually lost weight. I never met an unfriendly staff person and had the time of my life. My stateroom was always clean and they always filled my cooler with ice. Only used room service once but was happy with it. I gave my room steward and extra $20.00 because I feel he deserved it. They only need to work on adding more variety to the food.

Welcome back, lsfield Glad to hear you had a wonderful time! What was your favorite port? Sorry to hear there wasn't much of a variety of food. Did you try the Chocolate Melting Cake? Did you find the deli on board, they make great sandwiches instead of hamburgers and hotdogs. What about the pizza? Did your ship have the fish and chips station?

Hope you will cruise again. Let us know what your plans are. Best wishes and thank you for letting us hear about your cruise!

Welcome back Isfield!

Thanks for the report.

The restaurant on Lido has many more food offerings inside. They have "Taste of the Nations" featured daily for lunch. It is pretty exceptional fare for a buffet. Come to think of it, I didn't have a hamburger or hotdog on my last cruise. Now, I am a Deli addict though and have to have my sandwiches for lunch. Of course being a Southerner I am ready for some fried chicken by the last sea day, and that is when they have it.

Dwayne
