The cruise lines have "lurkers" who read all the cruise boards, I am quite sure of that. They don't engage anyone but makes notes.

I figured there HAD to people from the lines keeping tabs. As they should be! Goodness, the information that people share online is what businesses used to have to pay for in the pre-internet days!
