I saw the show, the sugar sculptures were amazing. The lady that won did a Carnival ship, a zip line, foliage. The one I thought should have won, didn't. He did a beautiful show piece with dolphins and flowers, absolutely perfect. I am glad the lady won, she had major roof damage, but her show piece was not as good as his.

Duh me got sidetracked with something and forgot about it.

I can't find it on the Food Network's site to watch. Maybe they will upload it in a few days.
