Carnival Announcement on December 27?
 

Carnival is tweeting about a big announcement on December 27. I haven't heard anything yet.

HMMMM, Could it be another sale!!!! They never have those. Or about the New Year's confetti? no, I think they already announced that. Hmmm, A free cruise for everyone to celebrate 2011. Don't you love how these cruise lines all play the suspense marketing trick???

I heard this from another source as well. All I know is it is supposed to be "Fun and Exciting" news. I'm not going to speculate though as it could be anything.

I will waiting until I hear what it is. Too many times has John built up an announcement as huge exciting news only to have it be nothing big.... they are probably going to slap a new coat of paint on the Fantasy or something....

I know I said I wouldn't speculate. But now they have me fantasizing the "big" news will be a new ship order for the Pinnacle. I think the champagne at the office Christmas gathering was spiked or something.:)

I loved the way Princess built it up as exciting news when they switched from sending out ticket packets to doing everything online; exciting for them because of all the money they saved. The spin they put on printing out your own luggage tags was pretty exciting too.

I know I wasn't excited about it when Carnival went straight to e-docs and self printed luggage tags either. The stories I could tell about how they spin things.:rolleyes:

Oh I know what it will be.. they are changing the Carnival color scheme from blue, red and white to White, blue, and red... :rolleyes:

Here's a trivia question for you: What flag is the only flag not to contain the color white, blue, or red? (no cheating, meaning googling,)
