ALWAYS check your FUN PASS ......
Always make sure the Past Guest Number UNDER your name on your Fun Pass is the CORRECT one.
Carnival is dropping the "Jr" from any guests (like our youngest son) and a result, they did not show him as being a Past Guest. When I printed the Fun Pass, they had issued him a new Past Guest Number.
Also, hubby's date of birth came up incorrectly when I opened the Fun Pass to complete it.
I did not catch it until he had a NEW Past Guest number under his name on the Fun Pass.
I have it all fixed now....(I hope).....
