Yes they have Video Poker. On Sea Days the casino is pretty much open all day with the Slots opening at 8 AM and the Tables at 10 AM depending on the distance from the port. The casino usually stays open until at least till 2 AM sometimes later depending on the volume of play going on. The casino is closed while in port with the exception of the over night calls at Nassau. They open it in the evening (I think around 5 or 6 PM) though not positive of the time. *At least they used to.

A follow up about the casino being open in Nassau on the Carnival Sensation on over night port calls. The hours are 7:00pm - 3:00am.

The casino is ok. They have lots of poker and slot machines. The only downfall is there are smokers everywhere and if you don't smoke you will think you do. You can smell the smoke as you aproach it. My husband is the one that goes there and plays. I can't handle the smoke. The pool is my hang out during the day.

Yes, the Carnival Sensation's casino can get quite smokey. They do have some non-smoking sections in it though including sections of slots. The smoke can still carry though with it being such a small casino compared to the larger classes of ships.
