Jim C.. if they raise the Fare price that is fine and dandy.. Then I will know exactly what I will pay..The Fuel Charge is what i am unhappy about.. If Carnival charges $299.00 for a cruise right now and in nov charges $349.00 because of the increase thats fine and I know thats what I have to pay... Dont add $140.00 to my $299.00 after i have already paid it off..
