$50 Casino Cash Certificate
Did anyone else get the $50 Casino Cash Certificate and Up to 25% off Cruise Fare letter?
I'm usually good at figuring out the Terms and Conditions fine print. This one has me wondering if you have to book a new cruise or not for the $50 in Casino Cash. It does say to bring the Certificate to the casino cage for validation. The letter starts out - As a Carnival casino VIP, - Oh well, guess I'll have to call the number they gave to find out what the deal is. I wasn't going to book another cruise by the April 30th deadline, guess it would be worth it to check it out and see what the discount would be. |
I did receive one and the way I read it, it is for a new booking before the end of April. You might try it on the one you've already booked, but I'll be surprised if it works:) I hadn't planned on booking one either, since I've got to pay for the one in December.
It is VERY tempting, though. |
I am planning on booking one, but I didnt get one of those in the mail, hummm

Actually I have to say that Carnival takes pretty good care of their regular casino players depending on their level of play. |
casono cash
I understand it is just a luck of the draw thing.
I did not get one either, but after 15 cruises and spending money in the casino every time, I would expect to get one if based on experience. I do know a couple of folks who have booked, and yes, they did gt the 25% but it does have to be a new booking. One person on another board booked a cruise one day and got the letter the next, but no go. I have heard the amounts differ, and one person got as much as $100. I keep hoping a letter will come in the mail for me, as I want to book a cruise after the first of the month. |

Thanks for the info. I know you can't use the up to 25% on an existing booking. It was the $50 they were not too clear about in the fine print. BTW, Welcome Aboard! Dwayne |

I really believe they only use the cards to track your play for points, cash automation, and marketing specials like this one. I've been doing it since they started it and have not had any problems with it. Well, they can see what machine you are playing. That is good thing as you might get called up to spin the "Slot O' Prizes" wheel. Just don't want you to miss out on the perks they offer like this one.:) |
