Is it worth going to Alantis

Does the ship stay in alantis long enough ,to go their is it worth spending all that money if the ship not staying there all day,The prices I saw was $125.00. or do you just go to beach and walk around, can you just walk around Alantis.I would love to go to Alantis. I would like to be there most of the day.

You can just take a taxi over to Atlantis. I think it's still $4 a person. You can walk around the Atlantis casino and see part of the Aquarium. It cost to go out into the main part where the water park is.

If you take the taxi over to Atlantis and You find yourself interested in seeing more than just the public portion of the aquarium all you need do is go over to the tour desk in the lobby and you can sign up for a more extensive tour of Atlantis and its facilities. Last year the tour fee was $35/pp it probably has gone up since then. There are other more expensive tours offered.....it can become expensive!!

The Atlantis is definitely worth seeing. I just took a cab over and walked around the grounds. I went out to Cabbage Beach from there, too. The grounds are fabulous, even if you don't go through the entire aquarium, the outside is magnificent. As BillyBuzzy states, you can purchase passes once there. They do have a lot of water slide type rides, which I did not go on. I did see day pass bands on a lot of cruise ship passengers while I was walking around. Cabbage Beach is a great beach too.
