Nope.. first time. I am sure there is prop noise when pulling in and out of port but you are going to get that no matter where you are on the ship.

Everyone raves about the aft balconies.. so we had to try it.

Noise and vibration are not issues. About the only negative to the aft balconies is occasional soot particles if they blow the stack overnight. And in that case the steward had the balcony clean by the time we got back from breakfast. We've had that location many times, and love it.

I wonder if they let me bring my fishing gear so I can troll some lures for that big fish on the aft balcony? lol

Well, Tim, it's easier to beg forgiveness than ask permission!

Early Saver worked again for me too! It sure took long enough this time. Starting at 18 days out I was able to move from Upper/Lowers to a Standard Inside cabin on Empress. This morning an additional $40 OBC was approved.

We booked a cruise in June for April 2012. Our fare price has decreased three times. Each time the price decreased, I have filled out a claim form and we were credited the difference the next day!
