Does anyone know anything about this Lawsuit filed in Florida against Carnival? It's from a bride and what happened on her wedding night. I read an aritcle online but it didn't give much info except that she might have a point and good logic behing it. This may not just be the typical unhappy cruiser.

Haven't heard anything, but then again, I'm sure Carnival gets sued daily.

Thanks for the link, Tim. Since the link answers the original question I am going to close this thread. If I don't it will become an endless back and forth between those who think it is a frivolous lawsuit (like me), and those who think Carnival was responsible.
