I think it tastes like Squirrel.

Funny story, I don't eat lamb. Well, I had to work at an office downtown one summer so I started going to the food court in the mall for lunch. I got addicted to the Gyros the Greek outlet had. I ate them all summer, and didn't know to much later that it was lamb. I thought it was beef the whole time. LOL!

Does anyone know if they are still going to offer the special order grilled Mahi Mahi at the Lido Buffet Dinner if you ask for it? That was my favorite if I didn't go to the MDR. One of the Chefs would come out and grill it if you asked for it. It used to be listed in small print *Available upon request on the Lido Dinner Menu.

Default Great food
Just got back from the Carnival Dream and wanted to share my delight with the new menus.

The food at the dining room was excellent. I remember it being good, but it was great on this trip.

The food in the buffett on the Lido deck was ok, bothing to write home about, but like I said the dining experience really stood out!

Sandylynn-

All ships will have the new menus by the first week of September per John Heald (carnivals senior cruise director). Most ships already have them. I was on the Conquest the week of Aug 7th and they were operating the new menu already.

Sandy, All of the ships by the first week of September with the exception of the Carnival Magic and Carnival Spirit. Those will be done later.

I can't say with 100% certainty, but I would think so by then.

We are sailing on The Pride on Sept. 18 ~ I've been away from Carnival for awhile, and after looking at these new menus, I can't wait. You can't beat Carnival's food! LOVE the new choices...

Awesome! Thanks for letting us know that! It adds a lot to the conversation!
