when I was a child we were raised in the country...deep country. We went to town once a month. Dad hunted for bird and deer which we ate in the winter. Mom had a garden that we all had to work ( there were 8 of us) or we didnt have veggies in the wintertime. As a treat dad would go frog gigging...mom would put those legs in the pan of hot oil and they would start dancing...loved them...you are on Dwayne

Boy that is a harsh statement. Speaking of frog legs, I asked the waiter if he had frog legs and he said yes. I said, well hop over to the kitchen and bring me some chocolate melting cake.

LOL! Well with losing the Triple Dog Dare I am only going to eat one. I am a man of my word with strong ethics and morals. Unless they are good, then I will eat more. Like Macmom I grew up with hard times too. Heck, they couldn't be any worse than eating squirrels.
That mac n' cheese is going to be on my radar as a comfort food. I thought it was sorta lame until I saw the recipe. It sounds yummy!
I am used to really good home made meatloaf. I'm going to give it a try just to compare. In fact, I may try every Comfort Food they have on a 5 night cruise just so I can report back about them. I hope Macmom tries them too and reports about them.

Dwayne the new menus are great, the mac and cheese is probably the best I have ever eaten...you will love it. the meat loaf was good, not great. the st louis style ribs were wonderrful...I love the new menus. enjoy the frog legs!
