If you are in the front of the ship, then you most likely will be booked into the 2nd dinning room in the center of the ship (depending on the ship, some of the smaller one do not have a second dinning room). So from a diinning room walk it probably won't be so bad. If you have a medical need like that, you can ask the maitre D to move dinning rooms once you are on the ship. If they can accommodate you they will.
