Default Carnival Spendor
Just booked the Carnival Spendor for Oct 7. I have been on the Elation, Inspiration, and the Glory along with several Royal Caribbean cruises. I see the Spendor is in class of it's own. What is the difference between the Splendor and the Glory. I know it's bigger than the Elation and Inspiration but maybe a little smaller than the Glory.

Even though Splendor is a class of its own, it is identical to Costa's Concordia Class.

Legend has it when the ship was being built, they were going to send it to Costa, but changed their mind after they laid the keel, and built it as a Carnival Ship.

It is a little larger than the Glory. One of the biggest differences is that the mid ship pool
has a retractable roof that encloses 2 decks, as opposed to the Glory that has the roof
over the aft pool.
