Thanks for the reminder Dave! I have it highlighted in my DayRunner. I received an invitation a few days ago and made sure I'd be free. I wish I had a HDMI port so I could watch it on TV. I may pop open some Asti.

Anita Potter just twittered that because of the rain, Carnival will move the ceremony inside.

They will stay on the ship, but the ship will just stay docked. It has been planned that way all along. Considering the weather right now it's probably a good thing.

In a lighthearted ceremony just concluded in NYC, the Carnival Dream was formally named with of all things a baseball bat swing hitting a prop bottle of champagne, as the real champagne bottle hit the bow of the ship.
