Default Carnival Freedom
Was on Freedom a couple of weeks back....what a disappointment! First and last time for this ship....unfriendly staff...food questionable...over 1,000 people sick....activities on the lido deck during daytime lacked....oh and when no one's sign and sail card would work in the casino one day due to technical problems....a glass of wine in the casino went fron 6.50 to over 10.00 during that time....WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

Sandylynn....Sounds like Your Cruise aboard the Freedom was not Your best cruise exoerience. When a cruiseship gets a virus aboard all things can go awry...If passengers get a bug chances are many of the crew and staff are going to be ill also......the results can be crippling to any and all of the ships normal functions...if enough people are affected...it becomes a "hell" ship and nothing seems to go right. I suggest You contact Carnival Customer Relations Directly to work out Your differences to see if something can be amicably worked out....If a 1000 people were incapcitated I am sure some sort of accomodation can be reached!!!
As far as the cost of the wine.....unless You specifically stated You wanted the "House" wine it is likely You will be served the higher priced beverage......remember to always specify "House" wine...any time You dine out or ship out!!!

Thanks for your reply....I did write my carnival pvp a lengthy email and he said he did forward to the appropriate people....will wait and see if even a small compensation towards my next cruise can come out of this disappointing cruise...i have sailed with carnival 5 times and have always had a wonderful and very enjoyable experience before.....you do have a point about the wine cost....didn't think of that....thanks a bunch
