Do the cruise ships have or sell non-alcoholic beer?

Yes. Usually O'Doul's, Sharps, and Buckler although I think I've seen Beck's NA too.

Sandylynn, I don't know if you've ever tried Ginger Beer, but if you like ginger and a clean tasting beverage, it's great! Not all ships have it, but when they do, I'm in heaven. We have a little restaurant in Huntsville that sells the real thing, so once in a while I'll go and get a few to take home. I've never found it in the grocery stores. It doesn't have any alcohol, tastes much better than gingerale, and really quenches your thirst.

I am sitting at the pool bar on Enchantment right now and they have Gosling's ginger beer in cans stacked behind the bar.

I believe ginger beer is a key ingredient in a dark and stormy, just happens to be a signature drink of Bermuda with a rum swizzle of course.
