I've cruised enough to know that on port days the exercise room is nearly empty but how about on sea days. When are the busy times to stay away from and what is the best time to get on a treadmill. I really would rather run the sports deck but sometimes that is to crowded and with guests that don't always give you a path if you are running.

I've found the late afternoon to be a great time for gyms, tracks, pools and hot tubs; most people are off getting ready for cocktails and dinner--you have the places pretty much to yourself.
